What the report documents

Cryptographic hash comparison
SHA-256 fingerprints of both files. Identical files match to the character; any alteration — a single pixel — produces a different hash.
Metadata examination
EXIF capture data, device information, timestamps, and software traces — and what's been stripped or rewritten.
Perceptual similarity
Pixel-level and structural scoring of how alike the two images actually are, independent of file format or resizing.
Manipulation indicators
Signals consistent with editing, recompression, or re-capture, stated plainly with their limitations.
